Understanding how shipping works

A common misconception is that brands have their own warehouses stacked with stock. The truth is, like many small and growing brands, NOW & HERE partners with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider to pick, pack, and ship your orders.

This means we don’t personally handle every order — we can’t just pop downstairs and pack it ourselves (as much as we’d love to!). Instead, our trusted 3PL team manages this process for us to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

If there’s ever a delay or issue, we’ll always contact our fulfilment team directly to resolve it for you.

As we grow, our goal is to bring this process in-house so we can oversee every step — from the moment you place your order to when it lands on your doorstep.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express for speedy delivery.

Tracking details will be sent to your email so you can follow your Tush order every step of the way.

Shipping is always free—no minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location in Australia.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, or delays with Australia Post.

International Shipping

At this time, NOW & HERE ships within Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom only. (Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding soon!).
