Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love now and here pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make returns easy:

Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn activewear.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items arrive safely back to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@mytush.com.au with your order number, picture of the product and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Pack and post your item back to us. Once received, we’ll process your refund.
